Tips/advice for feeling more awake(1 Post)
Not sure if this is the right thread for this, my one year old DS is an alright sleeper, sometimes wakes during the night and sometimes does not.
I can guarantee though every morning I will feel exhausted as if I've been up with him twenty times during the night..
Any tips on feeling overall more awake?
I usually get up for 7am, get myself showered, dressed, poured a cup of tea and tried to have some breakfast before then getting DS up around 7:30am.. so far this isn't going too plan and I will usually end up sleeping till 8, then getting LO up with me and rushing his breakfast, getting ready and maybe grabbing a quick shower and chuck some clothes on before heading out for play group etc..
