My new year resolution was to cut processed sugar gradually from my diet. I've slowly been coming the the realisation that it is in everything!
First I found it in mayo, not such an issue as learned how to make my own and it is really simple. It is also in the brand of oat milk I used, but I have found a sugar free alternative.
But my other staples of bread, meat alternatives (like quorn) and veg stock cubes for making soup all have sugar in it.
Has anyone else tried to cut sugar out of their diet? What do you eat??
