Hi everyone I was hoping someone might be going through the same as me so I don’t feel crazy. I may have posted about this before, I can’t remember. For the past year or two I have been getting a certain feeling each day and it starts out at around 3 pm. It only happens on work days and my work hours are 7am-3pm. I travel to work fine for 7am however on the journey home at 3pm I feel awful. I feel as though I have a headache and slight lightheadedness as well as a touch of nausea. I travel home 1 hour on train and bus and I’ve convinced myself that I’ve probably become very dehydrated throughout my work day and by 3pm my body is tired, fatigued and needs rehydrating. I told my gp and he said that it’s impossible for something to happen to you at the same time every say. I am convinced it’s after my work shift.. even if I changed days or hours it would still happen after the working day ends.
Has anyone had this before? I try to drink 2-3 small cups of water through my shift and 2 cups of tea.
Thank you
