I know I could go to my GP but sometimes it seems better to go directly to the people who can help.
I’m struggling to get enough and decent sleep for a few months now and it’s starting to significantly impact my quality of life. I feel have a good bedtime routine and follow all the usual advice, so believe it might be time to see a specialist.
Has anyone ever sought specific help for sleep problems?
