My goodness the pain is horrendous
I’m taking paracetamol, ibuprofen and tramadol with no relief!
Am also using a hot water bottle intermittently
Does anyone have any other ideas for pain relief? I am making another GP appt on Monday as can’t cope with this pain for much longer but anything to try til then?
I also have a physio appt scheduled for next week
