Stiff neck?

Hi all
I have had a pain in my lower neck/upper back for over a couple is weeks now. The pain is not constant just when I move, has restricted my movements, and seems to improve and then get worse again! Have any of you wise Mumsnetters have any idea what I can do, I have had similar before but has usually disappeared within a week.

I have had something like that - plus muscle pain in legs and lower back and arms as well, plus some nausea at times. A virus?
Muscle aches stopped know I think but still
not myself. I’m thinking whether it could be stress as well.
