For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Superb title by BBB. We needed another thread already as everyone talked too much on the last one. I am hoping to sort out a definite date for the meet up today, so if you have further opinions / want to choose from the two dates please email me on

as soon as you get a chance.

Great title BBBee

Good morning, just ate some homemade carrot and pineapple muffins.

Do you think 100x made it up the stairs, or is she slumped over her computer as the mouse flicks through her book about VW?

I'm confused by the t-shirt issue.

Was scanning last nights thread and got to 100x saying i was a decoy to the main attraction that is the lure of Franny. It sounds very seedy. I'm not comfortable with this role. I will not be part of any kind of sordid vegetable entrapment.

Oh Jeremy it's fine. 100 and BBBee just drink coffee, just join in and emerse yourself gradually in the world of fine vegetables.

What happened when I went off to eat chocolate brownie ice-cream and knit maniacally?! Sorry for my whinging last night. Have had dates so far and am planning spinach & potato curry for dinner. Hopefully the sun will stay out and there will be lots of running around the garden.

oh am gettig all ahead of myself now and planning on putting together a "10/10 cookbook" with all your recipes adn art work by boco and then we will sell it for charity and make loads of money and we will be like those women in that film where they strip off in a calendar and 100 will make us all drink martinis and we will sick up all over richard and judy when supposed to be promoting said cookbook and will become even more famous and then franny will get headhunted by jamie oliver for changing the eating habits of loads of mummy types and she will wear one of those t-shirts she keeps banging on about and will desert us for new and better people.

yes - rhubarb truffle.
For one of my birthdays someone bought m this thing where hotel chocolate delivery you a box of interesting chocolates four times a year - was waiting for me when we got back from edinburgh. It is always a nice surprise and has some good things like pineapple and ginger things but this rhubarb truffle was vile - was in white chocolate and tasted a bit savoury IYSWIM.

Not the healthiest breakfast so I have just eaten an apple - was delbard from marks and spencer - so much tastier than sainsburys.

Oh, I did that for a while in a non-vegan interlude. Sorry the truffle was disappointing. I think the best chocolate I have ever tasted was toffee apple crumble truffles from BoojaBooja. Incredibly delicious AND vegan

Hello Pruners! Our philosophy is that you can eat what you like as long as you get your 10 portions of F&V as well.

BBB you are funny Yes I will serve the curry with rice.

Poor ds2 TT

I also really really want the crying chocolate (and boco and Franny can fuck off with all their 'oh it tastes soapy' chat)
