It’s been a ongoing issue for a while. I’m 37, relatively fit (go to the gym 5 times a week, try and eat healthy) but over the past 6+ months I have had episodes of feeling like I’m struggling for breath, I went to the gp and was given an inhaler and sent on my way. At the gym I monitor my heart rate and often after gentle exercises it will shoot up to 180bpm sometimes even higher but generally my resting heart beat is 80bpm, as soon as I exercise it sits around 150+ (walking fast on the treadmill). I a, also getting heard aches up to 4 times a week. At night I wake up in a cold sweat, literally sweat pouring off me and shivering.
My GP keeps checking my heart rate and blood pressure and says I’m fine.
The cold sweats are what’s nothing me most as it’s effecting my sleep which is possibly causing the head aches?
Any ideas?
