Vitamins & Supplements - What do you take?

Inspired by another thread regarding PMT. What vitamins, minerals and supplements do you take and for what? I'm not sure if it's all bollox or actually doing anything positive.

Vitamin B (all of them) - General health, mood
Evening Primrose Oil - PMT, mood
Magnesium/Zinc - Sleep
St Johns Wort - mood

No idea if any of them really work... I've taken for 3 plus years.
