piles bleeding

Hi, can anyone tell me if Anusol cream can stop piles bleed, I'm a guy and I've been constipated on and off for a few weeks, I have been giving a little massage around my stomach and successfully producing Stools but I've just noticed a small pile, I put Vaseline on it, but I must have burst it, when I wash my anus and dry with tissues there is a bright red blood on the tissue i'me a bit of a worrier
