Just so, so tired all the time...

Don't think I'm menopausal yet but I struggle to keep my eyes open (today I am doing all I can to keep my head off me keyboard and not cry).

It makes me muggy, foggy headed and just completely lacking in energy. Also lethargic and disinterested in everything!

I've been a terrible sleeper for years now (5 hours if I'm lucky) and I would say I'm more stressed now than usual (and not 20 any more!).

Hoping it's just a vitamin deficiency!

Have you checked your vitamin levels? Was the first thing I thought of! Iron or B12!

I get this and vitamins help me. I think it’s vits D, Bs. D Iron that particularly help although I can’t be sure. Get a wellwoman multivitamin to start with?

Iron deficiency?
Also, get your thyroid checked.
It could be all sorts of things but these two would be top of my list.
Hope you get to the bottom of it and feel better soon Flowers

Thank for all the suggestions!

Oh it sounds like a deficiency then maybe - I’m also veggie and don’t eat very well these days (too tired so not doing myself any favours!)

I went to Holland and Barrett last night to get some soap and picked up a jar or Solgar woman’s vitamins, so maybe that might help!

I just feel like I’m slowing down - also my sister has been diagnosed with a weird and uncommon form of dementia so maybe that’s been playing on my mind too.
