Recently I have been very stressed and suffering from anxiety.

I have recently noticed that my hands feel weak, and it feels funny when I grip the steering wheel and stuff. I know that stress and anxiety can cause a lot of nasty symptoms and just wanted to know if anyone has any experence of thing or anxiety as I feel like I am going mad,

It very well could be down to your anxiety.
Are you quite stiff and achey too?

Also are you on any meds as this it could be a side effect.

If its both hands (not just one)and youre not dropping things its unlikely to be a neurological problem.
Agree with Nbg.

Look after yourself.

I am not on any meds, think I might need to be if this anxiety continues.

I do feel all tried and achey like I not slept for a week.

Thanks for your quick replies, it really helps

When you are anxious you sub-conciously tense up and hold yourself in postions you dont realise.

I know that I clench my fists at time and pull my hair.

I go to bed and the next day I feel exhausted, weak and like I've just spent the previous day in a gym!

Go and see your gp. There are lots of different meds they can prescribe you and also counselling which is good to get to the "roots" of your problems.

I have been to the doctor about other things and as my symptoms happened after some stress, thats what my doctor thinks it is, my hands are just another thing thats bugging me, it seems to be a different symptom every week, the doctor thinks that if I am still like this in a few weeks (I have physio on my neck as always a sore neck/shoulder) then I might need to go back on ad's

I had a really stressful time a couple of years ago and my hands kept going numb / tingly. I think it is deffo related.

See someone if you feel you need to or self regulate if you can.
