Has any one had one? I would like one but I don’t know where to go. Also was there painful scar tissue or nerve damage?

Watch last nights (Sunday) embarrassing bodies, that might give you pause for thought!

Why do you feel like you need one OP?

I’m a so loose after having a baby I can’t feel anything anymore. Kegels do not work, this has destroyed my confidence.

@selfhelpneeded 2 years

@Loopytiles done it all. They just say kegels.

I am about 4 times the size I was pre baby and I am devastated. I didn’t realise I was going to be this bad. I would never have had a natural birth if I knew the horror but people say it’s fine and you will go back in 6 weeks.

I had a prolapse repair which the OBGYN described as fitting an internal zipper.
It repaired the prolapse and did tighten things up but I still need to exercise.
Pilates is the best imo
Have you tried that?

Yes, they’re still making it. It makes me laugh ‘no, I’ve never shown my weird dick/lump on my arse/funny fanny’ to a living soul, never had sex as I’m too embarrassed...but I’ll whip it out on National TV.

Personally I’d rather live on baked beans, save up and see a specialist privately ‍🤷🏻‍♀️🤣

The girl the other night actually had labiaplasty rather than vaginoplasty and it was mostly for cosmetic reasons though it was a little uncomfortable, but they took too much and the poor thing was left red raw with not enough skin to heal properly essentially. They fixed it for her but she wished she’d never had it done - years of pain. BUT she didn’t have your issues. Mind you, I think we can all blow our issues up out of proportion, so be sure how much of a problem it really is first and make sure you’ve seen A Very Good Gynae Physio, before considering surgery.
