A mum with a sickness bug is there anything worse

Just that really

Woke up today with diarrhoea and throwing up every hour and looking after my 8 month old it's been hell. DD is back from school at 3pm so I'll have them both 😭 so weak it's unbearable.

Does anyone have any advice to get me better faster I've only allowed myself sips of water all day but at the moment it seems to make me throw up ten minutes later.

Basically us mums can't be ill can we...

I remember clearly the day my daughter, she was a similar age and me both having a bug together, ended up with both of us in shower together.

You have my utmost sympathy and i hope it is a short lived bug.
