Recommend a Pilates/ Yoga DVD?

any of them, but go to 1 class first, or you won't "get it", at least not so well...

I like Leah Bracknell's one. Okay, so she's a soap star, but she is also a fully qualified yoga teacher and the scenery in the DVD is stunning.

I do Pilates and would definitely recommend doing a short course first.

I started off by buying a book and trying to follow that but theres so much to think about (correct postures, breathing, movements) as well as things to avoid (wrong positioning etc) that I decided to do a weekly class (and I'm still going 2 years later so it must be good!)
