Hi,
For about three years now I've been experiencing pressure round my forehead. It doesn't hurt, so I'm not in any kind of pain. It just feels really uncomfortable and it seems the more I think about it the more aware of it I become and the sensation seems to get worse.
When it first started I went to the doctors about it & he told me it was definitely something called a 'tension headache'.
When I looked into it they seemed to be associated with stress which did make sense since I'm quite an anxious person and always have been.
These headaches come and go. I don't have them constantly, and when I get them they tend to come on in the evenings or sometimes if i think about them I get one. I seem to be getting them more just recently but I'm not sure if thats because I'm stressed with uni work. As I type this I can feel this pressure.
Im just wondering if anyone else suffers from these? I've tried to explain this feeling of pressure to close family and friends and they don't really get it. Being an overly anxious person I'm obviously thinking that its something more serious.
Can anyone explain them to me? or just put my mind at ease.
Thanks
