Please advise, feeling really fed up with symptoms

I'm in perimenopause which has made me feel weird for a whole now.
Since friday I've fallen over twice. I think my ankle has given way or wobbled on an uneven surface and I have a twitching eye lid. I'm also very tired. All probably nothing but...
I'm been worrying its something serious like MS or Motor Neurone Disease. Ridiculous I know and happy for a virtual slap but really needed to post and just get it off my chest. Thanks
