Think so. If not, try holding a hot flannel on your cheek bone, where it hurts, I find that it really loosens it up.

Hot flannel really works.

I am heading that way, but with the lurgy, found two nurofen and bowl of ice cream helped.

Yes, boiling water and towel over head, I suffer with sinus pain - does really help me, esp if I add some menthol crystals
