Numb inside my shoulder

So I've been anxious and I'm doing CBT and getting it sorted but I have a numb shoulder inside it almost it's driving me nuts, the other day it switched to the other shoulder then switched back, doctor says it's anxiety but I'm desperately worried about MS or something like that because my anxiety is health. What else could it be that's simple and not scary! Can anxiety really give me a numb shoulder ??! I just find it so hard to believe!

I had similar as well as random shooting pains and was told it was anxiety too. Very annoying. Don't get them often these days but do know exactly where you are coming from.

I still have this... anyone else had it? It's not that my skin is numb it's inside my shoulder ... but I have no pain :(
