has anyone tried acupuncture to give up smoking?

have previously tried patches, which made me feel most peculiar, and hypnotherapy which didnt do anything and will power (of which i had none!). dying to give up and thopught maybe acupuncture was worth a try. but wondered if anyone has any experience of it?

i did and it didnt work. i found patches the best - failing that get pregnant

what about the inhalator? (worked for me, until I decided to start again ).

Have given up this timereading Allen Carr which ive found much better 2nd time round.

mmm yes managed to give up each time being pregnant, but that wont help me to save money (though it might work on the health front!)

you can buy them from Boots (about £6 for starter pack i think) or on prescription from your GP.
