About 3 years ago I was hospitalised with a pelvic infection that they thought was caused by an incomplete miscarriage. I subsequently had another baby who is now 2. Last week I had the same sort of pain (like cramps, then constipation to start with, then general boating and pain all over stomach area). No nausea or diarrhoea or constipation, no ovarian problems, not my period, not STD. Completely inexplicable in fact and now gone with week of antibiotics. Anyone had anything similar? Thanks!
