Does anyone have this and want to chat about not sleeping and what to do about it?

I have this, caused by a traumatic injury. I had to have major reconstructive surgery, but obviously, once severely injured you never go back to complete normality. It's very painful and I'm sorry you're suffering with this.

I have to sleep on my left side with my right arm elevated on a pillow beside me.

I am still waiting to be diagnosed by the dr but I'm seeing a private physio in the mean time who tells me to exercise. Sometimes hard at 3 in the morning. When were you both diagnosed and how long did it take for you to see someone who knew what they were talking about. So far I keep being referred for bloods and the nhs physio have washed their hands of me as I have started with a tremor

I was diagnosed 25 years ago and I went to a private doctor.

Do you still work if you don't mind me asking? 25 years on with any surgery?

I've always worked. I had my surgery over 20 years ago.
