Cba to name change. have had piles before when pg (more of a single pile to be accurate) but was last pg 18 years ago! No bowel problems, no constipation and suddenly this clutch of monsters has popped out o say hello with no warning whatsoever!
have Anusol and Germaloid suppositories, and a bottle of witch hazel in the fridge - all of which bring temporary relief but the buggers (one large, two small) are still there. My bottom has been taken over by aliens. Any tips?
