Bleeding every night after wisdom tooth removal 3 days ago

I had a wisdom tooth extracted 3 days ago. It's been okay during the daytime (so far) as I've been very careful, but once I go to sleep I wake up with a mouthful of blood every time, no matter how short I've been to sleep for. I'm worried I'm dislodging the clot during the night as my mouth is like a vacuum when I'm sleeping and I already had sore teeth and tongue every morning from this before. Is this to be concerned about or is this normal?
