Does this sound like a UTI

Been feeling pretty tired all week but yesterday I was so thirsty. No matter how much I drank I couldn’t get rid of the feeling of thirst and dry mouth. Due to all the fluid I was peeing a lot, no pain, but literally every 30 mins yesterday evening.

Felt dizzy, sick and almost anxious (that feeling when you have too much caffeine) so went to bed. Slept ok and have woken up feeling a bit out of it still and really thirsty again. Could this be the start of a UTI? I’ve had them before but had pain when urinating. Am a bit stumped! Also worried about over doing it on the water as my urine is already pretty clear so I must have drunk loads last night for it it be like that upon waking.

Excess thirst could be a sign of diabetes. See your gp.

Uti is usually painful when you wee, stinging burning pain, causes urgency, can have blood in your wee, makes you feel hot etc.

From what you describe, the excessive thirst, it doesn’t sound like a UTI, see your GP ASAP tiredness and thirst can be symptoms of Diabetes so worth being checked out.

Good luck OP I hope you are feeling much better soon.

Thanks all - it’s really ramped up so I’ve got an out of hours apt with GP. High temp and nausea so the pharmacist thinks probably a UTI. Still no pain though which is strange.
