Is it possible for antibiotics to make you feel better after a few hours?

No. Feeling better after a few hours would most likely be a placebo effect. Basically you know you took something that will make you feel better and it tricks your mind into thinking you already do.

But antibiotics do not work that quickly, most take a couple of days.
