Period missing

Hi all ive missed my period 7 days late full of cramping pain bloating sore boobs n just feel shite tbf i am usually regular with 28 day cycle done tests all negative been doctors today and have said could either be just missed period which is normal or early pregnancy anyone been in same situation and actually been pregnant

Yeah i never use anything as im with same partner and dont mind if get pregnant or not took a clear blue this morning and there's the faintest line but it was later on so don't no if early like doctor said or its a evaporation line

Hello I've been taking Utolvan to delay my periods which it has done for 5 days and has been perfect however all of a sudden I'm starting to spot bleed a little, has this happened to anyone else? Will it stop? I'm currently on holiday and this seems to have put a real bummer on things... hopefully you can help..😔
