Vitamin d deficiency?

Not personally tried but was looking into it for a friend and saw a lot of anecdotal positive reports around those weighted blankets. My friend hasn’t bought one yet but is going to give it a go. Q

Magnesium spray from Holland & Barrett. I've suffered for years, this is the only thing that helps.

The magnesium spray helps me. Low iron can cause sore legs at night. Also make sure you don’t get dehydrated ever.

Get your blood sugar tested, I had restless legs then had a blood test for something else and my blood sugar was pre diabetic. I low carbed, it went down to normal levels and my restless legs completely went.
