Strange Symptoms

Hi everyone

Just after some advice. I’m 34 a mum of a 20 month old. The last week or so I’ve been experiencing moments in my stomach like I’m six months pregnant. I have a mirena coil fitted, strings intact. Negative pregnancy texts. I have no classic pregnancy symptoms but I have put on a stone in the last few months and I’m struggling to lose it no matter how hard I try. I’ve been shattered too. I suffer with bladder and bowel prolapses.

What are these strange symptoms? The movements feel sometimes under my ribs and sometimes below my belly button. They feel like the sort of moments you get when you are six months pregnant!! Help?!!

It sounds like a build up of gas. It eventually clears itself.

The movements sound like gas but I would make an appointment and discuss symptoms with GP. For me it was hypothyroid but there can be other causes

Thank you. What symptoms of hyperthyroidism did you have? This did cross my mind with the weight gain and tiredness etc
