Hi all.
I have been on the Keto diet for a week now and yesterday started getting a small amount of brown/red blood when wiping after having a pee. I've been on the mini pill for a year and a half (no periods since starting it). Do you think the Keto diet could be playing havoc with my hormones or as I'm drinking so much more (so weeing lots more than normal) its just irritation?
