Wart, verruca - same thing. A verruca is a wart on the bottom of the foot. This looks like it’s not flat due to the part of the foot it’s on. They can get quite painful, perfectly normal. Getting rid of them is a nightmare in my experience. We eventually paid privately (£25) to have them frozen off then the root cut out.
