My DS had a bug last week, only lasted 24 hours thankfully. I thought I had avoided catching it but woke up feeling rough this morning and have been sick 5 times since 4pm.
It's my birthday tomorrow and we had lots of lovely plans for the next few days which I'll now have to cancel.
Other than eating small amounts of plain things and staying hydrated, any tips on how to feel better soon, so that I can at least not spend my birthday throwing up? 😭
