Is this arthritis?

For the past couple of months, my hands have been stiff in the mornings. They feel, but don’t look, swollen and my joints are painful when I move my fingers.

I can still do all of my normal activities as it’s not really bad. I can’t decide whether to go to the doctor or wait to see if it improves. It seems a bit daft to go when it’s not really bad.
