Back pain?, anyone help

Hi apologies if this isn't right place to post
Looking for advice as tried to get gp appt but my gp doesn't have anything. The last few days I've had a constant pain in the bottom left of my back and due to my job in care I thought it was to do with that. However I'm doing a diff job in care so less physical. I also thought it could be lady problems but not sure it is as not due on. This pain is there constantly and also going round the back, no other symptoms. I know it's not my appendix as in February they were removed as they ruptured. Just wondering if anyone can offer an idea of what it may be as not much pain relief is touching in. I went sick this weekend due to the pain but I start a new job Monday.
