I’m too young for aches and pains aren’t I?! I turned 36 last week in over the last few weeks I’ve started getting really sore knees when they stay in the same position for too long (eg long haul flight) and my right hip and leg is in agony after doing my usual pathetic 3000 steps after school drop off. I am a healthy weight and relatively healthy diet but haven’t exercised in a very long time.
Am I:
A) old
B) unfit
C) something else going on?!
Is it worth me seeing a physio or doctor, or just do some low impact exercise to see if that’s the problem?
