Laparoscopy recovery

Hi. Had a laparoscopy last week for a very large ovarian cyst. Wounds are healing well and are getting less painful every day. However, i am getting lower abdomen pains. The surgeons did have quite a rummage from what I understand. So is this likely to just be internal bruising?

Taking antibiotics in case of uti, and dr couldn't feel anything odd a couple of days ago. It's just really uncomfortable. Possible thrush from the antibiotics but no temperature or odd smells so don't think I have any other sort of infection.

Am I getting worked up over nothing?
