Psioriitic Arthritis- does anyone have any experience?

I have had osteoarthritis for 30 years.
I take painkillers, occasionally if it flaresi take Naproxen, I take turmeric and black pepper, etc

I have had psoriasis on my feet and ankles, up the sides of my legs for 20 years.
I gave moisturisers, steroids that I use when my skin flares up. I try to avoid irritating it.
It's unsightly and sore.

In the last two years I have had cellulitis in my right ankle. It is swollen, red and sore and extremely painful, I struggle to walk some days.

Does anyone think it could be psioriitic arthritis? I have done some reading and it seems as though it could be.
My doctor will listen though I am sure she must inwardly roll her eyes at my latest theory for the exhaustion that plagues me.

Hi yes this could very well be psioratic arthritis given your history of psoriasis. DH had psoriasis for years and after a personal trauma developed PA very quickly in muitipal joints, he had a referral to a rheumatologist and tried quite a few drugs to get it under control. He has been on biologicals for 5 years and is in complete remission although does still get really tired regularly.
Your first step is getting that referral from your GP, hope you get some answers soon.

Thank you, I have had bloods taken recently so landing to go back to see my GP next week.
A new friend is a GP, and I may decide to be that person, who asks for advice!
