I had a MC last year and we’ve just started TTC again.
I’m getting myself quite down in the dumps already as I’m scared that any little thing I do will bring another on. I go to spinning classes which I LOVE, should I keep going to those while TTC?
This is another stupid one but i enjoy going to bingo- I get rushes of excitement/disappointment would this be bad for me if I got pregnant.
I need someone to tell me I’m overthinking things. To say I’m petrified of another MC would be an understatement, I don’t want to become a recluse. Please be gentle on me X
You need to do your very best to carry on as normal. Although vigorous exercise won't cause problems physically, maybe swap to something mor relaxing such as yoga which will help keep you centred and calm.
You are massively overthinking, and all this unnecessary worrying is what might harm your chances of conceiving. Live your life as normal and enjoy yourself!
