Anyone had a blood clot in your arm?

I'm just wondering what it felt like?
On Tuesday I woke up with a tenderness in my arm, it's gotten worse but isn't unbearable and is still just tender really
It does hurt/ache to move/stretch my arm and I struggle to hold my baby (3 weeks) in that arm as it hurts
I've been keeping an eye on it as it isn't swollen, hot and wasn't red but this evening I've now got a bit of a red mark
It is in line with where I had a cannula when in labour
I still can't feel any lumps and it's not hot or swollen as far as I can tell!
Any advice?
Photo included shows where the cannula was and where the red mark is

You can get an infection in the vein/tissue where the cannula has been. Looks like it could be that. I’d get it checked with gp tomorrow

I had numerous clots whilst on chemo. My arm was swollen to about twice the size, mottled purple colour and tingling fingers.
Clots are usually in the deep veins not superficial ones. It’s probably just a touch of irritation from the cannula but if you’re worried, call you’re GP.

Just thought I'd update!
It was a blood clot, it was 10cm!
The pain got worse and I ended up in hospital but they thought it was cellulitis so it wasn't diagnosed until the 8th January when they finally did an ultrasound!
Thankfully I am fine but it could have been different! All I had was a red mark that came and went and pain in my arm which stopped me holding the baby that side! Make sure you push to be checked if you are worried
