I've had a sickly, bad, headache for 3 days. any ideas to ease the pain ??

I'm not pre-menstrual or particularly stressed.

I've taken paracetamol & ibruprofen, which helps a little but then it comes back, I hate taking tablets, but i really cannot function. I feel really sick too, ?migraine
/blood pressure,? any ideas/cures

sounds like migraine and tbh when I have one like you describe it doesn't really shift with paracetamol or ibuprofen. I have used Migraleve but not for ages and that did work. You can but it over the counter.

Should have said something like Migraleve should also help with the nausea.
