I had my lenses fitted yesterday evening after not wearing any for 9 months following ds2s birth.
I have astigmatism and I have some brand new on the market lenses, soft ones, that let oxygen thru.
My eyes were checked and they are no longer dry at all and the oxygen veins have a receded back.
They were fine last night after fitting and opt said they fitted well.
So why today, wont the left lens stick to my eye properly?
It feels like its gonna drop out every time i blink.

I have astigmatism too. When I first got my lenses it took ages for my eyes to get used to them - although this was my first time ever with lenses.
They'd be fine initially but after a few hours they'd feel dry and as if they were peeling away from my eye.
It did get better with time. Maybe my eye had to adapt to being more wet or something...

are you sure it's the right way round? The newest lenses on the market are so thin it's easy to get them back-to-front .

at least it wasn't anything serious! I once went back to my optician complaining that te lenses he'd given me weren't right, and I had them in the wrong eyes
