I’m just getting to grips with my mooncup. Not sure if I’m sold on it yet - the jury is still out. But I do like my Cycling and right now cannot imagine getting on my bike wearing this.

Yes. If you can sit down you can cycle. If you can’t sit down/can feel it then it’s not in properly and you need to reposition. Have you trimmed the stem?

Yes - am getting used to it now. Have trimmed stem right off. It's easy to put it but a bit of a faff getting it out again and looks like I've had a bit part in a chainsaw horror movie. Wore it in bed for first time last night and I think it moved way up. Spent a while trying to fish it out this morning without ventousing my innards :o

ITS takes some practice but is much easier in the long term!

I run long distances whilst using mine. It feels way more secure than tampons which slip with s lot of movement.

I love my mooncup! Getting it in and out gets much easier with practice. There are different methods you can use also, so have a play around and maybe watch some youtube videos. I would recommend this woman, her menstrual cup videos are very informative

I swear by my Mooncup for all kinds of cycling, especially long distances. It take practice to remove but it is well with it.

There are other menstrual cups available that are softer and more flexible than the Mooncup.
