Also posted in chat but didn't get many responses so thought I would ask here also.
I'm going crazy. Since Saturday I've had these painful sensations all over my body on and off all the time.
It's like some one is randomally pricking me with a needle, it can be anywhere, arms, body, legs, face, bum, feet etc.
Sometimes it's really painful and makes my eye water.
No rash, not feeling unwell, maybe a little tiered but I've had some late nights.
What the hell is it? Anyone got any ideas or had similar? About to start period could it be that?
Dr Google does not help really.
It seems such a silly thing to go to the GP about but it's making me miserable.

i’ve had this, i had low ferritin and low b12. ask your GP for a blood test
