Blood test results

I recently had some blood tests ran as I was so tired all the time and didn’t feel well in myself. The results have come back and my gp said two of the tests red flagged for abnormal inflammation in the body and I’m borderline anemic. I had a baby 8 months ago and haven’t felt 100% since. I do suffer with anxiety which doesn’t help. 😭 All tests have to be repeated after Christmas and then investigations will commence if they flag again. Just want to reassurance really or any similar experiences
