9 months postpartum HELP!

So im 9 months postpartum, have never breastfed.
Ever since I had my little one I have had the worst night sweats ever. EVERY single night I have woken up atleast once or twice to find myself soaking wet in sweat. I have to change the bedding most days. I get through 2 tops a night and am just so fed up with it. I have the windows open and bearing in mind its getting quite cold now!
I have had my bloods taken from the doctors and they found nothing except a high LH reading (some hormone level)! Which apparently meant nothing. They just told me if it is still happening in 2 months then go back.
Has anyone experienced this? Will it ever stop? Please someone help!!

How old are you?

Did they test your thyroid?

Did you have significant blood loss when giving birth and did you choose not to breastfeed or was there no milk?

I am 23
I don’t know what they checked for tbh, all I know is they took bloods.
I lost more than the normal person but wasn’t even aware of it untill a day later they asked to take bloods from me to check my iron levels and everything was fine.
I chose not to breastfeed, not because I couldn’t just didn’t want to.
