So 2 weeks ago I bought a new scales but it wasn’t accurate I got different readings like 13.6, 13.2 etc so I went with the average of 13.2. Then I bought a new scales instead of that one. So I stay on my calorie counted diet ( using my fitness pal) and I then a week later weigh myself on my new weight watchers scale. I got a reading of 12.9 so I was happy because it appeared that I have lost quite a bit. I then carry on with my diet for another week and today was weigh day and I now weigh myself and I’m 12.9 stone again even though i have stuck to 1200 I should have lost something. I feel like giving up as what’s the point in depriving myself and limiting myself for me to weigh the same? Anyone else went through this but succeeded eventually?

2 weeks is too short a time to see a trend. Your weight will vary just based on fluid retention. If you are absolutely rigorous about weighing, measuring and recording your food portions and stick to 1200 per day you will lose weight, just give it more time.

Have you added an exercise? Just walking 30-60 minutes a day will help a great deal, and you can track that on MFP also.

Good luck! Smile
