How to develop stamina

I may have the opportunity of a change in jobs which will mean working full time after years of part time work. I really want to take the new job but am worried about energy levels and stamina. I’m nearly fifty years old and find I don’t have as much energy as I’ll need for the new job but this seems a feeble thing to get in the way of a potentially exciting job.
Any tips for stamina/ energy please?

Do jogging or at least take a walk every day however stress free mind is also needed along with healthy body to feel energetic .Meditating helps in clearing up the mind from unwanted stress and thoughts

Yes exercise is important and difficult for me during the week. I’ll try and build in some more opportunities.
Meditation is good I do a little but also need to make that routine
