i had post partum bleeding for the full 6 weeks, a two week break then they started up again. i was totally ff by week 4, so i guess i got off lightly! seems very unfair to get them back when you are still bf

Mine started at 6 weeks all 3 times and I breastfed fully. It's a pain isn't it?

Mine didn't come back at all between DS & DD (2 years & 6 wks apart, I fed DS to 14 months) - after DD didn't come back for about 10 months - but the week it came DD totally lost interest in bf - I've always wondered if there was a connection or if it was just coincidence.
