Low basal body temperature

Hello,

I monitor my basal body temperature (& cv) every day for almost two years now and I noticed that my bbt as dropped really low in the last week and hasn't risen since.

It hadn't dropped that low in all the time I have been monitoring my bbt. It's around 96.50-97.00 degrees now and I'm a bit worried why that is. Normally my bbt is around 97.35 before ovulation and has been so since I'm tracking my bbt.

I also feel very tired and fatigued, no matter how much or how little I sleep, as well as kind of depressed. I can't focus. I also feel dizzy from time to time, like my equilibrium is off. This hadn't happened before either.

Obviously, I want to make an appointment with my GP. But before I do, I wante to ask if anybody here had experienced something similar before? And what did it turn out to be? Am I warranted to want to consult my GP or do you think it is not worrying?

(BTW, I don't want to know if this is pregnancy or anything like that. At the moment since I don't want to get pregnant, unless you think that's what it is...ha.)

If you're feeling off, regardless of bbt, I'd see the doctor.

Pregnancy should maintain the higher post-ovulation temperature, not lower it.

Could you have had an anovulatory cycle? It happens to everyone from time to time.

It could be an anovulatory cycle but then again my cervix and my cv seem to progress as usual. It's just my bbt that's strangely off.
It's low for me, comparing the temperature to all my other cycles.

Sorry, I mean I monitory my CM (not cv), cervix and bbt. And it is my bbt that is really low since last week and hasn't gone up since, it just stays low. I also feel unusually cold most of the time, and very tired.

So is there anyone else who has experiences somethig like this?

Google gives a range of conditions that can cause feeling cold, tiredness and dizziness.
I really think you should see a doctor. No point in sticking to MN. We can't tell you what you have. Even a doctor wouldn't diagnose you online.
