Good afternoon ladies

Just wanted to let you know about an app I have found (I don't work for them lol) since having my 2nd baby I have struggled with "let's say I have to cross my legs when I cough and sneeze" and I am sick of wearing panty liners.
I used an app called "Squeezy" app which cost £2.99 and is supported by the NHS, it's sooo good Smile I have been using it for 3 days and I have already seen a massive difference, just thought I would share it 😃

I'm no teccie but I thought if you wanted an app that wasn't there, you searched for it and then downloaded it- this is not a free one so you'll have to pay anyway.

If you have an IPhone, go into the App Store and there is an option to search, type in Squeezy and it should come up, I think it has the NHS logo on it :)

The scan was ok, only took about 15 minutes, wasnt painful at all
I was referred because i had a little blood on a pelvic floor device, [which is why i was asking about this app]
I assumed it was because it was difficult to get out, because of dryness maybe, [very embbarassed telling Dr] there was just a smear of blood,
Dr said just in case it was from cervix i had better have a scan
She didnt tell me it was a vaginal one though,
Anyway, i have to go and see someone on monday for results, and if its just a polyp, have a hysterectoscopy, someone else did
If nothing else, just caused with the pelvic floor thing, i will need nothing doing, but they have to check to rule outv more serious things like cancer,so keeping finger x,
Which is why i decided to just try the excercises,

Meant to say, i have not seen any blood before or since, just thought i had better check to be on the safe side
Also started a new relationship earlier this year, so just my luck
I will never use any device again lol

I hope the results are good news and nothing serious, my mum was actually given the app as a suggestion by the nurse and she said u should see a difference in 3 months, my plan is to try it for that long and if there is no improvement to book to see the doctor, I just want to be normal again and not to worry when I sneeze, my friend asked me if I would like to try a trampoline exercise class with her haha there is no way I could do that Blush
